ULTRAKILL team's member Mike was found dead at Sprach Brooks at 6 AM in the morning. Adriad and Umbra were called to the scene to help aid investigations. And although Milkdromeda was on break, she also helped investigations by looking through camera footage.
Mike's head was cleanly cut off, and his brain was missing. His signature gun had one bullet missing, and there were no signs of blood anywhere. The camera footage revealed that it was Raikt who broke into Sprach Brooks late at night and killed Mike.
The ULTRAKILL team, despite Mike's death, also joined in to help investigations, however they were whisked away by Sandman to look into a different matter.
Sandman and the ULTRAKILL team visited the Graveyard of Dead Gods and went to Allsiphus' (former?) grave. They dug up the grave, however, in process of doing so, they discovered that the grave was empty. Sandman was then possessed by Allsiphus. It was then when Mike's brain had appeared to fight the ULTRAKILL team as Sandman (under the influence of Allsiphus) made it's escape.
However, the brain did not slow the team down. They caught up with Sandman, snapped him out of it, and they all left back to Yehimaer.
Ultimately, Sandman's investigations only confirmed the fact that Allsiphus has been possessing Raikt this entire time.
